The filler system of asphalt mixing plant is a crucial component responsible for handling and storing various materials required in the asphalt production process. For SINOSUN asphalt plant, there are typically three kinds of filler systems available:
I. Use recycled filler and manual feeding of new filler (no filler Silo structure)
1. The large particles and coarse powder recovered by the gravity dust collector (first-level dust removal) enter the first-level recycling screw conveyor and then are transported to the hot stone elevator.
2. The waste filler recycled by the bag house dust collector (secondary dust collector) can be discharged directly or recycled as recycled filler. It is transported to the inlet of the filler elevator through the two units of the secondary recycled filler screw conveyors . Then it enters the filler temporary storage bin, and then enters the filler weighing hopper. After weighing, it enters the mixing tank and mixed with stone and asphalt.
3. There is a manual feeding port reserved at the filler elevator port, which can add filler according to customer needs.
II. Use recycled filler and new filler silo loading structure
(Steps 1 and step 2 are the same as the structure without filler silo, the difference is step 3)

3. There are two entrances to the powder elevator, one of which is the secondary recycled filler entrance, and the other is the screw conveyor at the bottom of the new filler silo, which transports new filler to the filler elevator entrance.
III. Manual loading hopper and spiral with simple structure
Manual loading hopper and a spiral feeds the filler directly to the weighing hopper of the mixing building. After weighing, the material is put into the mixing tank for mixing.
The design of this filler system has simple structure, saves costs and can meet the customer's engineering needs for adding filler.
