Drummed bitumen melting machine is used to decant bitumen out of drums and heating up bitumen.
SINOSUN DT series drummed bitumen melting machine can make full use of hot gas of burner to make bitumen coming out of drums, and use the hot oil heating coils to heat up bitumen indirectly, which prevents bitumen from aging during heating.
Other functions of bitumen melting machine are dehydration and removing residue automatically.

Performance:
1. Special enclosed construction which is more environmental friendly.
2. Adopt automatical control system and imported auto-ignite burner.
3. Strong applicability. It is suitable for various types of drums. Even when the drum is out of shape, the machine could still be operated normally.
4. Energy-saving. It makes full use of hot gas (320-450℃) of burner to melt and make bitumen coming out of drums (it is about 150℃ while waste gas was let off to air). The closed-construction saves 50% energy sources compared with the exposed one.
