In June, 2024, based on the trust in SINOSUN asphalt plant products and services, our regular customers from Somalia purchased the SAP80 stationary batch mix asphalt plant with an output of 80 tons/hour.
The batching system has a material shortage alarm device, which can promptly remind the operator to pay attention to the raw material status. The drying system uses 4 rollers for friction rotation, which runs smoothly and has low noise. The vibrating screen screening system uses an internationally renowned brand of vibration motor with high screening efficiency. The weighing system uses Toledo brand, which has accurate weighing and accurate batching. The main components of the electronic control system are mostly Siemens brands. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a monitoring system so that the operator can grasp the operating status of the entire asphalt station in a timely manner.
We also dispatch experienced engineers to local site for installation and debugging the asphalt plant, and training operator to provide the timely and professional service for customers.
