Equipment: SAP64 stationary asphalt mixing plant

 

The customer is a road contractor in Philippines. They got lots of spare parts from us and this time they wanted batch mix asphalt plant URGENTLY as they wanted to start production at the earliest.

 

We offered them our SAP64 stationary asphalt plant. Few spares were given to the customer as a package.

Plant working flow chart:

The cold aggregate through the first ingredient weighing, then thransfer the material into the drying drum through the tilted belt conveyer; the cold aggregate should through heating process, the heating smoke should enter dust collecting system; hot aggregate enter the vibrating screen through hot aggregate elevateor, the aggregate enter the hot aggregate storage silo after screening; the aggregate will enter the mixer after weighing. The hot asphalt will enter the mixer after melt ; filler will enter the mixer after weighing in the filler silo, aggregate, asphalt and filler mixed together in the mixer. The mixture will enter the mixer storage silo, and discharge mixture into the truck.
